School and kindergarten culture is like the air that surrounds everyone involved in an educational institution: kindergarten children, students and teachers, the school and kindergarten family, parents and the community. Value development is one way to communicate and influence this culture.

„Analysis of Values Development for Advanced“ is a handbook that helps the reader think about how to create an environment with clear values in kindergarten or school. This is an imaginary sequel to the book „Analysis of Values Development – why and how“ published by the Centre for Ethics, University of Tartu in 2011.
